Just started a new job a couple of weeks ago now. I work with a lot of women (big surprise right) and they've treated me nicely so far so I can't complain. However, observing how they all behave exactly the same makes me laugh. Pretty much everyone in my department is quite a bit older than I am. Most of them are 28-31 and already married. Actually, every one of the women are either married or engaged. The guys in my department are all single as far as I know. And we're much, much younger on average.

The point of my story wasn't only the description above, but the things that they talk about during the day. They're talking about how annoying their husbands are, clothes, shoes, all kinds of crap. Meanwhile the guys and I roll our eyes at each other and continue working. These poor husbands. Only one of these girls is moderately attractive and she's 29. She looks like she's on the decline. You can tell she was probably really hot at 18 and has gradually declined since. Again, they've treated me fine so far but I'm already seeing signs of being annoyed as fuck by them.

Dumb side story: I met a girl today who is probably 24 or 25 and not in my department but actually looked like the most attractive lady I have ever met. Immediately reminded myself that AWALT, don't shit where you eat, and I'm not a Chad anyways. Despite being initially enamored by how great she looked I became disinterested in a matter of minutes. During the meeting I had with her she kept trying to maintain eye contact with me for long periods of time (there were about a dozen people in the meeting and she was leading it) and seemed frustrated when I didn't keep matching her glance for 10-15 second periods. Kinda made me feel good actually haha. But based on my experiences with women I know all she wanted was validation from me or some shit, why else would she zone in on just me (I was the only male in the room for that meeting as well, maybe that had something to do with it).

Conclusion: As tempting as it may be to go for a lady because she looks amazing, remind yourself that AWALT. Short term thrills are not worth the risks and bullshit required to obtain said thrill.
