I came across a video today by a guy named Kris Cantu. His video was based on his life and how he came to be mgtow at a very young age.

Throughout the video he discusses his 5 stages of MGTOW in which I found very relatable to my own progression. His 5 stages are as shown below with some of my personal analysis:

Stage 0 - Situational Awareness: You're first becoming aware of a man's role in society and the nature of women but you're too young or maybe inexperienced to act accordingly.

Level 1 - Rejection of Long-Term Relationships: Because of your situational awareness and understanding of woman's nature, you cut off relationships because you know it won't work out. Or perhaps you simply just don't care enough.

Level 2 - Rejection of Short-Term Relationships: At this point you don't even want to engage in a serious relationship. Perhaps just pumping and dumping is the only thing you enjoy out of your interactions with women.

Level 3 - Economic Disengagement: At this point you don't even want to be involved with the "system". You have a full understanding of how society works, how most people are essentially "slaves", working that 40 hours a week just to get taxed a large sum of your earnings to be put back into the system. If you chased your dreams at a young age and are making that 6 figures a year then you're driving on the high road.

Level 4 - Societal Rejection: At this stage you only interact with people for survival, meaning your only interactions with people may be at your job, the grocery store or visiting your close family members. Anything else seems trivial and a waste of your own time.

These stages are obviously influenced heavily by the individual and may not coincide with every MGTOW but I do believe he made solid points in these 5 stages and throughout his video. Personally, I'm at the peak of stage 3.
