She originally dated a guy who was seen as "forbidden fruit" in my family (nationality thing) and knew what she was going in for, but did so anyway.

Several years later they are engaged to be married.

She if i had to be honest is a solid 7.

The bloke, is balding, overweight, dull, "forbidden fruit", and also just like not attractive at all.

Many pondered why on earth they were together, however, in his professional life, he's doing reasonably well, and is quite ambitious (in the accounting world).

However, since swallowing the pill and believing she was too good for him, my tune has somewhat changed.

Though hes a huge fat beta, professionally he's done well, bought a house, and goes on lavish holidays.

Here's the problem, all with his gf/fiancee aka my cousin. He has hardly a social life, he spends a shit load on HER, and the "wedding" has seen him not get one single choice of preference. She wears the trousers.

It really is a classic Beta Bucks here, but all this time before I had thought they had a happy relationship, and "how did he end up with her."

But now I see this poor fat beta, investing his entire life and existence into a woman, who may love him, however controls his every move. So sad.
