It is completely false that the human body "needs" sex. This desire for sex is combination of evolutionary desire to reproduce, combined with societal pressures to do the same.

In reality sex is more like a drug addiction than a biological need, it acts upon the brain in much the same way and what men perceive as a "need for sex" is in reality no different than the "need" a person addicted to heroine feels for another fix.

This addiction to sex can be overcome or replaced with other desires if one has the mental will to do so.

MGTOW is a spectrum. The most extreme refuse any contact with females. The more moderate do have a girlfriend or FWBs for easy access to sex, but opt out of anything that would bring enforceable legal consequences, such as marriage, children, or cohabitation.
