One thing I've never understood about marriage is why do they wait until after the marriage to do what they want? I hear over and over again "The kids are out of the house, I can finally do what I want" or "I'm 40 and my husband is dry, I want to feel young again" or "My wife is gone, I got a divorce, I can finally drive across the country" or and the classic one "Now that I have free-time, I can finally pursue the career I've always wanted."
