So I just moved back to the United States two weeks ago. Good to be back, I thought. I just bought a car, signed a lease at an apartment complex. We have parking spots assigned to us. So my second night I get a note on my car stating "WTF #Not your spot". I go to management of the complex, tell them what happened. They say yes that apot is assigned to you we'll take care of it.

So they go and speak to my three neighbors and they presumably solve the issue. All is good. A week later I get back from the grocery store and someone stole my spot. It is late, I park in the open spot next to it. In the morning I get this very 'large' girl basically bashing in my door, she hits my door through several volleys of pounding while I quickly get dressed to see who it is. She says "Hey that is MY SPOT" ect ect. I tell her somebody left a note on my car and later stole my spot. She says "Oh that is my GIRLFRIEND" She says she will have my vehicle towed. I talk to the management and get my spot back (right next to her) they again... 'resolve' the issue.

Then I find a note on my car "PRIVATE PARKING! DO NOT PARK HERE! Next time I will Have it TOWED!" This is from the same girl, the fat girls girlfriend. They know I live here, they know I just moved in. They know it is my spot assigned in my name. *Later that night (tonight actually), I am eating dinner by myself in my apartment when someone starts banging on my door. I go to see who it is, and it is the girlfriend. Another beast of a girl filled with hate. Acting like an animal towards me. I tell her that apot is mine it is assigned in my name" I shit the door and she stays at my door. I open it again and tell her to leave. I tell her if she tries to have my vehicle towed I will press charges.

*A few hours ago. I look outside and my car is gone. The animal actually had it towed. Illegally. She didn't even park in my spot. She just did it out of spite and hate. Had my vehicle towed and then didn't even park in my spot just as a fuck you to me. I valled the apartment courtesy patrol. They said there's nothing they could do. I called the towing company. They have my car and there's nothing they csn do, they said she had a document showing that the spot was hers. Even though it is assigned to my apartment in my lease. She knew this, the managers already tried handling it themselves and I had to defend myself at my doorway twice.

What can I do??? Is there any grounds to press charges. I already left messages with several law offices. I don't even have another car to go retrieve my vehicle with! I am not paying the fee to get my car back!! Please lawyers, or anyone. Give me guidance. I want JUSTICE.
