I have another good story for you !!

A friend of mine works in HR for some welding and machining job shop.

Business is good, so they had to hire about 35 new employees, mainly on the floor. They figured they would move the more experienced employees from the night shift to the evening shift, and similarly, the guys from the evening shift to the day shift. So the job offers were published, and it was for night shift.

Soon enough the guys started to complain to HR: "why are you offering the new positions for evening and night shift?". HR told them they figured people prefered to work during the day.

I am sure you see me coming now: more than 2/3 of the guys REFUSED to surrender their night and evening shift. Main reason given: spend as little time as possible with my wife... Just beautiful.

Women will always put money towards their own agenda. She believes that the wives of these men "deserve a break too" which is weird because the men are still there to work. Grandmothers will put money towards anything they believe is best for the grand kids and are averse if it could potentially be shared with daughter or the husband.

You're never going to see a woman like that get the company to 'sponsor' a party for the singles. They only reward behavior that they believe is the best way. Anything else is invisible or can fuck off and die.

And then where her stupid idea fails, she doesn't admit any realit to herself or take accountability for the failure but believes the employees wanted to sae the company money.

Imagine she has set it up so anyone can bring anyone and then dudes brought their buddy so they can go golfing and party on their time off while away. FUCK THAT. She'd be there reporting everyone.
