Become stoic. Do your work and don't even bother trying to become social with them. Why bother with people who treat you like shit anyway. (Treat them neutral, you don't want to hate them. Just treat them neutral. Not enemies, not friends either.)

Be honest with yourself. You're probably not interesting to these women and you might see this as a failure. It isn't. Society wants men to believe they're only valueable if they know how to be good with women.

The solution is actually quite simple. Simply stop giving even the slightest fuck about them. Don't even make eye contact with them. Just do your job and get the fuck out at the end of the day. There are two separate problems you have to address one you apparently work with coworkers who are disrespectful, two you want the woman to appreciate you as an attractive sexual being.

If your coworkers are shitty and it truly bugs you it might be time to get a new gig unfortunately, no need to suffer dickheads a day longer than necessary .

If you want the woman to consider you a sexual creature and respect you you would have to develop better social skills , probably get more attractive ( put on muscle / lose fat) , and dress yourself / present yourself in a more attractive manner ( new clothes, new car, whatever. That's a lot of work and in the end that might not even work out the way you want it to .

I'd recommend you figure out how much you care / desire your gig and suffering the assholes there , maybe it's not that big a deal to you but if it is like I said it might be time to find a new way to make money or go somewhere else . Having the women respect you as a sexual being? that's a fruitless journey if you do it with anyone in your mind but yourself. Getting hot for someone elses respect will make you feel empty and honestly is this chicks respect / interest worth shit to you?

I know restaurant gigs aren't super permanent positions so just bear in mind chances are you or this chick will be gone in a few months to a year, there is really nothing in it for you to impress her at all.
