"found more commonly in men"
Note that (in men) it is a Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
By contrast, in women... Narcissism just a given -- it's their normal/default "personality" -- and therefore it really CANNOT be considered or classified as a "disorder."

To be honest the more noticably narcissistic men would have much easier to spot than the woman. I would genuinely be surprised if women today were not at least 5-10 percent more narcissistic than men, if that was even a measurable statistic.

What refutes that is the infestation of narcissistic behavior in applications such as Instagram and Snapchat with filtered selfies. However, we are the scapegoats for any wrongdoing in society and we should be subservient to their demands by manning up!

The reason the disorder is found more commonly in men is because it's normal for women, and therefore not usually classified as a disorder for them.

Who trusts academia anymore? It's "hate men or gtfo". Everyone know narcissistic women. We just don't have a full time squad of women studies majors to yell at us for acknowledging it.

It's a disorder only in men. In women it's the normal condition.

I find the more psychotic women fit into Borderline Personality Disorder, which is related, but the tools a BPD uses are more geared to a womans ability to manipulate.
