That's one of the quotes, I've heard two times last few month. To explain why it's much for me, I'm introvert and tired of peoples in general, so the amount of communication is low for me. But two people told me that.
First was my mum, when I refused to hold her handbag. I'm already tired of saying "No!" but she's doing that huge mistake with arguments, etc. so my "No!" should become a "Yes!". The fact I've refused to and she was very angry, talking neverending during the ride, which already drove me crazy. After that, she ranted "you really need a girlfriend!" ... didn't respond just thought for what?!
Second was from a friend (him), which I've had a weird conversation. Was on party with another friend (her) - my own risk, so I don't blame her, wanted to try the workshop before party - party I was tired already, so I've chatted instead of dancing. With him, I've also chatted about my breasts (gynecomastia) and told how other men have been staring at them. We got another bro, who did that to a girl and first we joked. He told me to get rid of them and I said no, I like them. Then came the quote again sigh.
Long time ago in school, those annoying classmates said the same to me and I'm so f***ing tired of it. No I don't NEED a girlfriend, for what?
To change myself into something I don't want to be just to satisfy a freaking girl, I might not like and whatever? They're forcing me, ruining me and whatever with that dumb quote.
But I've stopped to care about. I'm doing what I want, have my own opinion and stopped responding on that kind of topic. If they keep asking, it's just a pointless discussion and I'm responding as boring as possible so they leave me alone. This way I can focus on improving myself the way I want and finish univershitty.
