In my experience, when a girl keeps crying about her "abusive" ex but somehow can't stay away from him, she is the manipulative one. It's an ongoing shit test which you can't really pass, because if you confront the "abuser" you're dumb enough to be manipulated by her sob stories, and if you don't then you're not as "alpha" as her ex and will never give her the tingles. Dumping and ghosting is the only winning move.
