1.) I'm fresh out of a 4 1/2 year LTR. 31/m/fit. I bartend weddings and last night decided I was going to have some fun. I made a commitment to turn the charmers on in a big way. Here are the strategies I used
- exude major confidence
- flirt with every single girl in the room. Young, old didn't matter. I got everyone's name, introduced myself, and made them feel good, laugh, etc. Within an hour, I was extremely popular amongst all ladies in the room. I built up my value.
- once I identified the girl I clicked best with, I began to aggressively and confidently flirt with her. She was LOVING IT
- it wasn't long before she gave me her #.
- as it became obvious that she was very attracted to me, my nervous inner nice guy wanted to come out. I squashed him immediately. I focused on staying aggressive, bad boy, confident, and decisive.
2.) Is it ever acceptable to give a girl your number? This is typically frowned upon as beta behavior but I am in a situation where I think it's appropriate.
I take guitar lessons and this shy but hot girl works the register. I know she is single. It's hard to make much small talk because she's always busy and she works side by side with other co-workers. When I do talk to her, I call her by her name and I'm confident.
Anyways, I know that approaching her in front of customers and co-workers to ask her # would make her uncomfortable. So, I think I'm gonna slip her my number and confidently tell her to call me if she wants to go out after her shift is done. Or just give her my number and not say anything. Build anticipation.
