It boggles me why an organization like that would ever hire someone like her in the first place. I have reached a stage where I now refuse to read anything on the internet if it is written by a woman.

In the small subset of topics that interest me and has articles written by a woman, the advice, analysis and conclusions are utter crap.

To be fair, if you're investing in property in Australia you're a dumbass anyway, so you might as well get your advice from her lol.

The rental return in Brisbane is about 2.5%. You can get better returns in a cash savings account (I get 3.5%), not to mention the Australian share market which is roughly 5.63% when you take into account franking credits.

To rely on debt and growth when we have some of the most overpriced property in the world is ridiculous, but everyones parents got lucky with property, so they're passing on their bullshit advice that property is good at any price.
