I witness this Saturday and I've been laughing about it ever since. I'm standing in line waiting to buy my liquid sleep substitute. There's a man and a woman ahead of me who originally thought was a couple. Turns out I was wrong LOL.

I didn't hear the whole conversation because I wasn't really paying that much attention until I realized what was going on.

So they're standing in line next to each other, like a couple. Talking and joking like normal people.

Then I hear this:

Guy: .... if you're feeling down, hit me up, we'll go have fun. We can do a little go carting, I'll take you mini golfing, we'll have a good time.

Girl: mumble mumble

So now I'm paying attention because that was a fucking odd thing to say if they were dating.

Guy: how long you two been together?

Girl: 5 months

Guy: aww that ain't shit, not even serious.

Girl: mumble mumble

Guy: gimme your number, I'll treat you right

Girl: gives him her number

Girl: is that your car outside?

Guy: nah that's my buddies, I got a Lexus

Girl: oh wow, I love Lexus, they are so nice.

At this point the guy's done buying his shit and she puts hers up on the counter. He's about to walk out but before he does he turns to her and asks "what was your name again?" I almost pissed myself try not to laugh while she tells him her name again.

He he walks out, she finishes buying her shit, turns around and I shit you not this woman was the fucking queen of the hambeasts. I lost my shit. Full on loud crazy person laughter. The cashier is doing everything he can to keep it together and just barely succeeding.

I set my drink down and say to the cashier "they don't get any classier than that". He laughs and says "never a dull moment on the night shift"

A two minute conversation at a gas station on a Saturday night where they guy can't even remember her fucking name and she's ready for another ride on the carousel.
