Ms Turner claimed Mr Durant made the promise to hand over half his business if she invested her £200,000 life savings into their new home.

But Judge Johns rejected this, ruling that “no such promise was made”. He said the “driven and ambitious” Mr Durant was unlikely to have agreed to part with a portion of his business.

“That there is no trace of the agreement in documents ... is particularly striking in circumstances where Ms Turner clearly did not trust Mr Durant,” the judge said.

i'll never get the logic where a woman thinks she deserves millions of dollars for being someones wife. oh yeah, sorry logic and women don't mix.

...reminds me of the guys recently on r/mgtow that are posting snapshots of their bank accounts. the one guy had like 400k. to me it's like, shit 400k, that is actually enough money to actually take care of a woman. you could like easily use about 25% of that to live off and care for a woman and children as long as you also had other steady income. if you met a woman you love or was good at giving head or whatever floats your boat....it could be possible because he was bordering on enough money where it would be ok to his well being to sacrifice part of that large sum of money to have a family or someone that supports him.

.....all of that of course relies on logic and the understanding by the women that even with alot of money in the bank, it must be spent at a steady and affordable rate. NOPE...never. they suck it away, and if you don't give it up, they divorce rape you.

if someone told me you have 400k, for about 1/4 of that and part of your monthly salary you can have love and a wife and sex and companionship, etc, i might do it. hell, even if it doesn't work out i still have tons of money saved. now simply there is no balance in any of it. i can marry her and she can take 50% of what i have even if i'm worth millions, or even worse if i'm lower or middle class where every penny counts and 50% basically makes my life unlivable.

men need to stop marrying. simple as that. oh wait, we are. i can't wait until it drops even more in the next 25 years.
