Yeah, this would attract more females into this field, because they would get an easy pass and degree, which they could then use to get a job (anyone actually in IT knows they just need boobs to get a job) where they can do their work (anyone actually in IT knows they just find a simp to always "help them" with everything, and end up with negative productivity. EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.)

Then they get promoted to manager, since you can't fire them! Some are actually okay here, they will just get out of the way (all except one week a month), but most are just plain evil and will drive away real talent.
