Good question. I'm guessing they're waiting how it works in other countries, if it's profitable, they'll probably start a pilot program in Nevada, to see how American customers react. After that, then they may roll out to those states that don't have any possible laws blocking them.

The U.S. is weird that way.

The other issue is, for what the U.S. charges for escorts, prostitutes, etc, that it may be to people's advantages to buy their own, rather than go to a brothel, as brothels haven't really been a thing since the 1960s in the U.S.
