Lots and lots of things.
STIR FRY basically any old decent size frying pan will do -- doesn't have to be a "wok" and you DON'T have to go full blown "Oriental/Chinese" with the ingredients -- just slice up some vege (green beans, onion, various bell-type peppers, even thin slices of carrots, etc) and toss into a fry pan with some oil on medium high... "saute" for a few minutes while you similarly slice up some small pieces (i.e. relatively thin), of some kind of meat (pork chop, chicken breast, just about any cut of beef)... add the meat to the mix, cover, stir every minute or two. Cleanup is 1 fry pan, and 1 plate + 1 set of utensils: fork/spoon/knife (and maybe a cutting board and a flipper/spatula).
-- Optional things to add: Soy Sauce, or Worcestershire sauce, or a little cooking Wine, maybe some vinegar & a little sugar (i.e. sweet & sour); you can even toss in (and briefly "saute") some slices/chunks of fresh or canned fruit (pineapple is especially tasty addition). If you want a "thick" sauce, then mix up some corn starch with water, and add that to mix near end (it thickens as it cooks)
-- Serve the above mix just by itself on a plate, or over those dry "chow mein" noodles, or over "Minute Rice" (separate pot for that, but really easy to make it's just bring water to boil & then dump in rice, let sit for 5 minutes - cleanup is rinse pot), etc. And note that "ratio" of meat to vege, and/or how much rice or noodles (if any) to put underneath is entirely up to you... the variations on this are endless.
--
EGGS -- especially "scrambled" -- can be cooked a bunch of different ways, and with a HUGE mix of extra ingredients (or none at all) in a single fry pan... make as an "omelet"; or chop it into pieces and plop into a soft flour tortilla as a "breakfast burrito" (with salsa, maybe some microwaved "breakfast sausage" bits, some shredded cheese, whatever). Also soak old bread in scrambled egg mix (even better with some milk or cream), and toss into fry pan or onto flat griddle for "French Toast." Cleanup is one bowl (the one you scrambed the eggs in), one fry pan or griddle, and your plate & utensils.
--
STEAKS & CHOPS & CHICKEN BREAST -- Cooked on a GRILL -- doesn't have t be a frigging "charcoal" grille, go get a little electric "hibachi" thingee -- heats up fast, cooks basically like any other grille; 3 to 5 minutes a side (depending on thickness) and another 3 to 5 minutes "resting" in a foil wrap on a plate (same plate you can then eat off of). For a "side dish" try just making "baked" potato in microwave oven -- usually about 3 to 5 minutes -- so easily made alongside steak or chops. Also, you can turn ANY of those into a fast "barbeque" by adding some bbq sauce onto the already cooked side of the chop/breast when you flip it). Cleanup is really JUST your plate & utensils.**
--
Get a CROCK POT/SLOW COOKER -- easy to make any "roast" (beef or pork); and indeed the whole meal, you slice up potatoes, carrots, various other vege (onions, cabbage, whatever) -- toss it all into the pot in the morning, set it on LOW, and approx 6 t 8 hours later, you've got a GREAT (tender) roast with all kinds of nice tasty vege cooked in t he meat juices, etc. Cleanup will be your plate/bowl & utensils, and then the BIG "crock" but just put in sink, fill to rim & soak that overnight, it'll wash/rinse easy a couple hours later or else the following morning.
-- And this cannot be overemphasized... this is Mmmmmmm.... Good Stuff!!! PLUS, the big bonus is that you'll have "leftovers" -- divvy what you don't eat up into several various "Glad/Tupperware" type containers, put some in the fridge and some in the freezer, then thaw/reheat in microwave -- VERY low-effort (great) meals for several days.
--
YOUR OVEN -- yeah, your oven, your regular old oven underneath the burners of your cookstove -- don't be afraid of it!!! -- get a decent sized "baking pan" (can be metal OR one of the Pyrex glass ones -- if metal, just line the thing with aluminum foil for easier cleanup). Again just like that slow cooker... plop any roast (or ribs or even a whole chicken) into the pan, slice up & surround it with various potato & vege, cover with more aluminum foil; set oven & cook at anywhere from 350 to 375 to 400 degrees F for anywhere from an hour to 2 hours (higher temp faster cook). Use cooking thermometer to verify meat is DONE. Cleanup is also much like slow-cooker... mainly your plate & utensils; if necessary (that is if foil didn't keep it clean) then FILL & SOAK the baking pan, hour or two later it'll wash/rinse very easy.
--
PASTA -- yeah it's "carbs" but you can easily make a very MEAT heavy sauce -- ground beef (or pork or turkey) with a can of tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatos and a can of tomato paste (which makes for THICK sauce)... add in sliced onions or sliced mushrooms, etc. One pot/pan for cooking the meat (and once done, add the sauce stuff), one pot for the pasta (hint: use the THIN "Angel Hair" instead of spaghetti, cooks a LOT faster). Cleanup is 2 pots (but pasta pot isn't really "dirty" more of a rinse & stack); plus your plate & utensils. Bonus is that you'll probably have PLENTY of extra (meaty) sauce leftover... plop into Glad containers, and you can reheat in microwave and use for other meals (including on top of bread or inside buns, or on scrambled eggs, either on a plate or in a tortilla wrap: Italian-Style Egg & Meat & Sauce Breakfast Burrito FTW!!)
COOKING is actually VERY EASY. Especially with a modern electric or gas stove.
Women have just lied/exaggerated about how "difficult" cooking is for years/decades (often because they're clueless, incompetent, AND/OR just plain old LAZY -- plus they're great bullshit artists and LOVE playing the "victim" -- it's all nonsense).
-- The KEY in my opinion & experience -- is to have a variety of decent ingredients ON HAND. Whole potatoes, whole onions, various fresh vege (carrots, head of cabbage, etc) keep as much of that in fridge as possible and it'll last for WEEKS (canned vege works too, in a pinch)-- and a variety of basic "meats" (various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, even ground meats and/or sausages). Plus a few spices (chiefly salts, peppers, things like basil & oregano, onion salt, garlic salt), and some sauces/flavorings (soy sauce, barbeque sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc).
-- Also, ironically enough -- pretty much any/all of the above meals (yes including most STEAKS and CHOPS) -- will end up being AS CHEAP, if not CHEAPER than "fast food" -- that is cheaper than even the CHEAPEST (bargain menu McDouble type) "fast food" meal.
