Rape should be handled by criminal courts regardless of the setting excepting military/tribal courts. Schools have no business having these Kangaroo courts to handle a criminal offense. If they are found guilty, then that pretty much takes care of whether they attend school there or not. We have the constitution for a reason.

I have my doubts, but we should wait and see what happens. It may be that feminists will come unglued over this and make jackasses out of themselves.

From what I've read it was to remove mandates put in by the Obama administration. I also read that even if they do this the lady in charge of college guidelines says she still plans to abide by these mandated rules.
