Most of us simply don't give a shit. We do our own thing. We don't go out of our way for pussy, nor do we cohabitate or get married. Most of us realize the futility with engaging with women, since they are children. Just a waste of time.

You are mixing up newer MGTOW/TRP vs ones who have been around awhile.

First, do you find it bad when women are picky based on their values (no matter is this value is money, status, success or anything else.)

When a new truth is exposed, you are angry. Kind of like learning as a kid, Santa Claus doesn't exist. After you get over it, you find out it doesn't matter.

Second, i understand you have a problem with the position that you see women in today's society.

I don't have a problem with this what so ever. I am an equity feminist, women should have the same responsiblilities as men. Infact I encourage them to take more responsiblility.

Is this about they power they have now over sex compared to other times, about their rights or something else?

Women have less power over sex, I support this also. Wonan tells me, she needs to get to know me better, usually this is to take her on a date. I tell her, lets not waste time, I am an asshole who just wants to use you for sex. She says she isn't interested, I thank her for being honest, it is good we won't be wasting each other's time.

As an equity feminist, I support women being able to do what ever they want with their bodies, providing I don't end up paying for their lifestyle choices.

A lady friend said she wants to go eat out, I told her I want to stay home. She said I am a fucking asshole who just want to use her for sex, I told her that is not true at all. I told her that she can cook well, why doesn't she get into the kitchen and cook something. Since I am older, stupidly I never learned how to cook well when I was younger. She asked how come I ignore her half the time, I told her its because she can't talk about things I am interested in.

Dispite being an equity feminst, many women and ignorant men call me a misgynist. That is 100% incorrect, I don't hate women. TRP/MGTOW stopped me from having unrealistic expectations of women. False expectations cause disappointment and unhappiness.

With society becoming more accepting of bad behaviour, woman fall to their primal urges (attention, attention, attention & hypergamy). The 'men' accepting this are the problem. I have no problem with women being picky, would even be a good thing, but the men should be more picky (for example on number of partners, cooking skills and age; having kids at 35+ is detrimental to society)

MGTOW's could care less if they have a woman in their lives. If the right one comes along, great. We don't waste our time and money on women who have nothing to offer other than sex.

Think about it without sex almost all women are screwed figuratively.

The main reason women are so screwed trying to get a husband after 35 isn't so much the wall, but men at that age and older have seen enough of their games and realized the financial liabilities of getting married let alone the dangers of hooking up with the wrong woman.

Marriage is a business contract and it's almost always a bad deal for the male.

Your friend has his own answers for why he went mgtow and how he'll choose to be a practitioner of the philosophy. For myself anyway I've come to be indifferent of women and simply harbor no emotional input toward them one way or the other. I know their nature so if they want to be picky let them, it's very much a live and let live mentality. And as far as women's position in today's society, you just learn that between their nature and the level of accountability they're held at the most logical step is to not bother. The amount of time, money, and focus you save that can be used in better areas of your life far outweigh the few benefits a female companion give. It's a risk reward analysis, and once you get over the perceived value of sex/relations you become a lot more honest about these things and start attaining contentment in your life.

There's no simple answer because different people come to MGTOW for different reasons. Some have experienced crushing divorces. Some have had a string of bad relationships. Others are basically incel, but have accepted it and reject the black pill. And there are other reasons besides this, and still others yet to be discovered.

The question of pickiness has many sides. One side is how women initiate divorce much more than men. That's one kind of pickiness. Another is how women massively downgrade men on the dating scene, treating 80% of men as below average, while men grade women on a normal curve, with 50% below and 50% above average, with the bulk of women somewhere in the middle. This is a huge topic unto itself.

As for your second question, again opinion differ. I think feminism has destroyed the relationship between men and women. Women in America and Western Europe are intolerable. Their sense of entitlement is inescapable and poisons every interaction. Feminism has turned into a gender supremacy / victim movement where everything good should be bequeathed to women by default, and everything bad that happens to them is the fault of men.

Even now, after decades of victories for feminists, the rhetoric is getting worse. It is getting worse because women in positions of power want to flex on men. They are not satisfied with being equal. They want to dominate men.

Men are waking up to this.

No, it’s about how unfair of a deal it is to be with a woman. If you get married, you risk your house, children, car, and half of everything that you own and the woman (in most cases) gets it all in the case of a divorce.

Women initiate 80% of divorces.

Women can lie at any time and claim that you raped them and tarnish your reputation for life, even if that claim is absolutely false.

Women on average get lighter sentences when they commit the same crime as a man.

Most of us see that the risk involved with being with a woman is much higher than the reward. Why be with a woman if it is only to be cheated on and also lose everything they’ve worked so hard for?

As for your question about sex, most women use sex as a bargaining chip because it’s the only thing they have to offer. If you’re a female, please make yourself useful for something other than sex.

My stance: We don’t see a problem with women, we see a problem with us concerning women. There is only one option in MGTOW terms to get rid of the problem: get rid of females. Don’t care about them. They don’t mean anything except pussy addiction. If you can’t get rid of this instinct, try to get it satisfied with the least risk possible. A hooker. If you are looking for real friendship, look for males. Females don’t know about friendship. Only about utilities.

I don't find it 'bad'. It is simply women fulfilling their genetic programming to use any means necessary to acquire the resources of men.
