I haven't been MGTOW for too long, albeit I've been single since 2013. Up until recently, I'd have the typical "woe is me" syndrome when seeing other couples in public. However, tonight was a great indicator of how my mindset has completely changed since becoming MGTOW.

I went out to dinner this evening with one of my bros, and I noticed this one cucky looking guy sitting alone at the table next to us. At first I thought "huh, I guess he is eating alone." He sat there for a solid twenty minutes, ordered a sangria (LOL), and just kind of lurked there. Or... so I thought. Apparently he was meeting his girlfriend at the restaurant, who I guess was "fashionably late" (of course). Once his girlfriend showed up, he gave a very effeminate and limp waving gesture toward her, actually LEFT the table, walked over a solid 20 feet to give her a hug, and ushered her back to the table. She was accompanied by her puppy (this was outdoor seating), and what really struck me was that HE held the dog's leash the entire time once she sat down with him. When the waitress came around to take their order, he ordered FOR her. I guess he had initially ordered her dish incorrectly, because he then immediately/frantically corrected himself, and proceeded to needlessly explain away his correction and insist that "I know that's what she likes", etc. yada yada yada.

I guess the point of this post is that I would used to look at this couple and shame MYSELF for not having this sort of date night, no matter how pathetic of a display it really was, ergo making me somewhat depressed and lonely. Now I pick apart these peripheral interactions and really start to think "thank God I'm not THAT guy". Anyway, looking forward to interacting with you fellow MGTOW. Cheers.
