Her lawyer makes some good points. I work in healthcare and I've seen people set up to take a fall. What these administrators don't realize is once you make the accusation against someone to protect your organization from liability and that person hires an attorney. It's game over for you. You are no longer on your turf where people are scared of you, scared of losing their jobs and lying for you. The only person that is going to lose their job is probably you. I've seen many a big shot get escorted off the property by security when the day before...he was winning!

So if you or a family member or friend were her victim what would you do? Honestly. I don't trust the legal system anymore and I have alot of reasons not too. Justice needs to be served somehow.
