I've been doing NoPMO for about 5 years. I started when I had a gf and obviously I've relapsed at several points over that time. Right now, it's been about 3 months since I had sex and maybe 6 months since I last masturbated.

I find it helps me be more motivated and disciplined in other areas of my life. I am a strong believer that porn is for cucks and refuse to watch it. Even when I relapse it's never with porn. Being a slave to a digital woman is not any better than a real woman in my opinion.
