good post, Is a therapist like a mentor? this will be off topic but I had one before, we got along pretty good would always argue but helped me on my self improvement journey. I would say I need him as a supporter and every now and then he'd tried push that boundary with shit test. had a strong connection, then he tried getting me on meds which I refused then he kicked me out. ever since then I been going downhill not sure if I should get another therapist or not. I was doing good before therapy, already self improving but this guy legit kicked me out (saying I made no progress) his defenition of progress is different from mine. like you mentioned in ur post its LITTLE STEPS. he wanted me to take huge steps which fucked up my focus. killed my confidence/drive when he cut me off like that, since I tell this dude everything bout me I need my drive and focus back. I'm not sure if it's him that caused this negetive ass mindset because I was self improving before going to him
