Just thinking. Life if hard, painful, and unfair. Every person has to rise to the occasion. So much responsibility in adulthood, you have to basically sell your soul to function at a reasonable job.

I know this but I also know that it's just how it is. There's really no one I can blame for my shitty life, as a white adult male. But if I could take that weight off my shoulders and point a finger at someone more powerful than me and blame them for all this shit, maybe I could "stand up and fight the power."

I feel like this is the divide. Women have shitty lives. Men have shitty lives. Except women are less powerful so they blame all their problems on men, without understanding we have it shit too. And we clearly have less rights than they do. Idk I'm not wording this right but that's what I've been thinking lately.

Like, moving up in a job might be extremely hard for anyone, and if there is a slight possibility that you aren't moving up because of your race or gender, it can be easy to assume that's the reason. If you don't have that excuse to give up then you just gotta sink or swim.

Idk I can kinda literally feel myself getting fat and growing a neck beard at this point in the comment.
