Every female employee is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You hire them and everybody has to walk on eggshells or risk catching a court case. It's not even that you can't talk to them directly about certain topics; you can't even speak in their presence with "OMG! I FELT HARASSED!"

But, bosses will keep hiring them, because most bosses are beta males who finally get to use their status to build an office harem.

Just to be sure, nowadays everything can be "Fake News" so the following is just my theory only.

After the firing of the Employer, for something that was trivial at worst, Google has shown a certain "weakness". Theyve shown, that they are extremely sensitive to gender issues. This is further cemented by those reports, where female employees did not come to work because they were too "frustrated" about the employers text and google did nothing against them.

Now there are quite a lot of women working for google and I am sure there are some who have a little brain and lots of criminal intent. For them, this weakness could prove to be a golden opportunity.

They dont even need anything concrete. It is fully enough when they sue and go public with it. The projected public relations damage from such an act might be enough for Google to look for a way to settle it quickly (usually with lots of money for the women).

If I were a woman working for google, I would wear my skimpiest outfit and try to get "sexually harassed" as soon as possible. She will get money in a sum a normal working man will never see in his whole life.

Fake and Gay. Google most certainly pays women equally, and more than likely pays them better. Not too mention yet again that that sort of thing has been illegal since 1963.

Nah a clever scheme by the women and the google to put pressure on the dude who is trying to sue the google for firing him. By showing this google wins the case in the court while the court sucking his resources for asking the justice and left him with debut in his back account.
