Yes. I'm 45, retired with no debt and large savings. My own dad calls me a cheap fucker. Yet I'm the one laughing.

I'm frugal except when eating out or buying scotch. Everything else is either a tax write off or cash straight to my bank account (And that's my #1 priority is saving money). I'm single so I save money on that alone. I'll take a bit and use it for a $100 massage about once a month as well. I don't really go out and buy sports tickets, gamble, or even hit up bars during the week. So my expenses are quite low compared to others as I don't have to be at some brunch every weekend in fresh new clothes to impress people who probably live paycheck to paycheck.

Yes and no. Lately I've been spending allot on vehicles. But my house is paid off and I have plenty in savings. Cheap as fuck on everything else. Never understood the appeal of restaurants

Tonight, I got Chinese takeout.

I lost the rochambeau for who pays with my brother.

Feels weird.

First time I've ate out in five months. I prefer to cook but it was my day off and I was lazy. But for me to pay, I had to find a coupon for twenty percent off, and the grand total was twenty five bucks amd change for two General Tso plates and some chicken wings.

I do not regret eating the tasty meal.

I am now agonizing over why I paid that much for it.

I usually spend about one hundred bucks a month on myself, if that, thats usually my max.

I hate credit, but I got it, I pay off everything, and I love oodles of cash to have on hand.

I agonize overy everything I buy. No foolin'.

I am not much of a consumer.

Both of my wives have called me El Cheapo or cheapskate, because I don't buy on a whim.

Yeah for sure, you can extrapolate the timeline to about a month with girls like that. Rich parents = entitled, worthless sow.

They do nothing and provide nothing. Most girls I know didn't move out til mid/late 20's. They live in an imaginary world.

I'm definitely cheap, gets annoying when people say it but I'll get used to it. The main thing I spend money on is eating out, I think it's worth it though as it is a change of scenery and is.fun.

Yes. Very 'cheap'. But that comes from spending almost three years on benefits, scrounging whatever little I could to afford my rent/bills and food. I quickly learnt that nobody cares.

Except my grandparents and old man.
