I've been lurking r/mgtow for some time, but before that I felt something was wrong.

I go to work. I go home. I sleep. I go to work again. I'm starting to think this isn't life, it's existence.

I don't have anyone to talk to about this, so I'm dumping it on you poor sods.

Here's my thoughts:

  • I own a motorcycle that is infamous for being able to go anywhere, and for being indestructible - the Suzuki DR650.

  • I can walk into any metal fabrication shop in the country and get a job.

  • My parents wouldn't miss me. My son is grown, and didn't really get to know me because of his mother.

  • I worry my wife would miss me, but then again, she might not - I'm taken for granted as the guy who keeps the house and cars working.

What's to stop me from walking away and living on the road, seeing the country, and hopefully feeling less dead inside?
