There's no question in my mind that some of you lurking here are, or were at one point, the delusional "nice guy" type who acted like a spineless wimp in the hope that you would attract a girlfriend, get laid or whatever else.

And what did that get you? Probably nothing if the stories of other failed "nice guys" are any indication. All of that trying backfired, and you were left with your own mind, wondering why it all went wrong.

Here's the thing: the stereotype of the "bad boy asshole" has existed since at least the 1950s. Except, rather than what you see today in the media, the general "bad boy" back then was a leather jacket wearing greaser who would steal some poor SIMP's chick at a place selling chocolate malts.

It's always existed, but it's taken new forms with the passage of time. Back then it was the greaser type, then the wanabee rapper, now it's "Chad Thundercock" or whatever they're calling it these days. Regardless, it's the same, it's just that the qualities have evolved.

But here's the thing: the "bad boy" and "nice guy" have one thing in common: they both still play the game. They both still see playing the game as worth it. This is where MGTOW is interesting: it's a mish mash of former Chads, former incels, people burned by divorce, people who grew fed up with trying to get a woman. It's a mix of people who share the common aspect of themselves that they once played the game and arrived at one conclusion:

It's just not worth the trouble anymore.

Lastly, understand that the more things change, the more things remain the same. The dating culture stereotypes that people concern themselves with to the point of obsession will always exist, they just evolve with time. "Chad Thundercock" might become "Chase Fuckswell" or some other meme-centric name.

Stay aware, stay safe and just focus on your own thing. The monkeys will do their monkey thing until the end of time.
