The problem is people are delusional, they think being fat is only about the morbidly obese people 150 lbs overweight. You take a guy or girl 20-30 pounds overweight and they would label themselves lean or athletic.

So now the West has thrown in the towel and we all must call fat the new normal and attractive. Not this guy...

I won't lie and say I never let myself go for a short period of time. lol It only takes a few months of not giving a fuck for it to happen. And, it takes many more months to undo that weight gain.

When most women are Narcissists and most men are beta-cuck simps in our society, it doesn't take much for a man to stop giving a fuck. Feminists and liberals have taken the meaning of life out of life for most people. What you were told was important in life no longer is. Over time it becomes harder and harder to give a fuck about anything, especially since those same feminists and beta-cucks control everything now. There are different ways of not giving a fuck. lol We've got to remember the correct way to not give a fuck and live for self.
