It's coming to a head. There are dozens of lawsuits around the country highlighting the inevitable contradiction between Title IX and what most people think of as "due process." The universities are really in a tough spot.

Lawyers want to get in on the action, of course.

You know what's fucked about it, though? Who pays out the settlements when a public university gets sued?

Tax payers. You and I have to pay for this shit.

Technically speaking he is not a victim of sexual discrimination, the argument being that the roles could have been reversed (we ofcourse know this never happens).

He should have left the gender argument out of it an sued the woman for slander/libel and the school for allowing this slander/libel to take place. Also it usually is a civil suit and if he can prove malice he has an extremely strong case.

Start hitting them where it counts, their pocket books.

Title 9 used to be to ensure equal opportunity for women's sports. You know, funneling the money the football and men's basketball programs to women's volleyball or basketball--like THOSE fucking sports made any money.

It took money from things people actually paid to see, and allowed "equal" opportunity for women.

People want a competitive product. I've damn near YET to see a compelling performance from the girl's side of things....yet, I digress.

Then all of a sudden, there's a rash of rape charges...and low and behold; it's title 9 bullshit. "Equality" in action.

Fuck these fucking fucks. I hope they all burn in hell.

Title IX is a completely abused piece of legislation. This can be easily solved - let the market do it.

My opinion, the goal of college is to prepare students for the workforce, not to play games. With that, if you want to participate in a sport, let it be a club sport supported by the participants. You want money from the university? Then you'd better be a revenue producing sport at least capable of supporting yourself. Just the market at work. The market is simply people voting with their own dollars. If no one values your sport enough to pay to watch you do it, then you need to support it yourself. Very simple.

Preaching to a choir which is often just an ecochamber for its proponents.

The better question is why do post secondary businesses(Yale, Harvard, etc etc) opt in line with federal mandates set out by the executive office, not only are these mandates similar across the country but repeated in other western academic institutions which specifically target men. The men targeted specifically aren't betas, but some of the cases highlighted here indicate high SMV men are in the cross hairs. Likely answer would be because these are visible targets in their communities and the easiest examples to be made of in a local social setting in post secondary institutions/businesses.

Another answer in the above line though not in line with the linear thinking here is that this is purposed as a means to create a negative behavioral allowance for male approach to sexual relations in post secondary. The answer to this is multi pronged and needs some premise. This era of sexual distribution is favorably towards high SMV males with the multitude of females with some distribution to the secondary lower tier and or a distribution greater in lower SMV men and women. Women for their part are still successful to some degree in poaching a husband from post secondary despite their involvement in alpha harems. Though a large number of them are increasingly not so, having to settle with the new era of marriage called co-habitation, a noticable downgrade for them. The slippery slope in failed sexual strategy is in part more due to the lack of the interest of money being in the hands of men who are not the majority of post secondary students and who are programmed into the blue SMV economy ie poor SMV markers with no beta bucks strategem to attract a mate. This works exceedingly well to bar most men from marriage due to the mechanics of hypergamy. To finally answer alphas are the beneficiaries of the new system and the executive, post secondary institutions across the west may be finally turning their attention to the last bastion of high sexual trade amongst the sexes. But why? Why are they modifying sexual interactions and behavior?

Its been acknowledged women who whore around become predisposed to mental health issues regarding hypergamy feedback, SMV cluster fucking as a result and a complete inability to reevaluate their own values from their maxims. Its possible this could be done to de-incentivize alphas from harems or use them to press the example onto betas to aid in the collapse of gynocentrism and the destruction of female centric society by deincentivizing men against the female centric institutions of society. This is easily accomplished because men in general blame feminists and by extension the "feminist government", but not women for their male lynching.

Interesting. So they consider rape sexual descrimintaion because its against women, by that logic if a man targetted men too then there would be no descrimination and therefore not be protected by Title IX.

Anyway. what is Title IX? is it a law? legislation?
