Why doesn't science use CRISPR on a fertilized egg to guarantee a child born without autism and then vaccinate the child to prove whether or not vaccines cause autism? Surely that's possible right?

I post this here because I want logical responses. If I post this anywhere else I'll get a shitstorm of feelz and other bullshit. Thoughts?
