Indeed. Come to think of it...in my 26 years with the company, I don't think I have ever had a relief woman. Not even once. Not even temporarily. They have to learn all the jobs on the route.

i;d say it's useful :) ..i mean if u know b=y ... automatically I will have to be a vowel ... so the hint is a double hint ... i assume the vowel is easy to tell it's o/a by trial error in the other places...
as op said..the clue is pretty standard :)
