I've a few friends who are blue pilled, not sure they are cucked yet. I was very briefly on Facebook until I realized what a stupid pointless waste of time the entire platform was. But I remember a few friends from H.S. had joint Facebook accounts with their wife. I thought it was totally pathetic, and that they've actually been neutered, or she caught him cheating. Either way, it's so much easier to not be on Facebook than deal with that public shaming.
