It's because MGTOW is a threat to a woman's way of life. Women sell a product that men want, sex, in exchange for resources and a better life. MGTOW are essentially boycotting their product and refusing to pay because the product has degraded in quality and the price has gone sky high. Like any business owner facing a boycott, they are freaking out.
