Summary: Professor Jordan Peterson, during one of his Personality lectures, in which he analyzes traditional representation of ideas with their personification, discusses on why nature is represented as a feminine and speaks of how the majority of men are considered average and how women are the ones who gatekeep who's fit to reproduce.
Jordan Peterson, who has in the past destroyed gender denying ideologists by reminding that science is about the facts, not wishful thinking, talks about how picky women are in the lecture in question (I marked the time when he starts talking about it, but if you're interested in the full thing, be my guest. I love it). He emphasizes that the average person has twice as many female ancestors than male, because it's very rare for a woman to not reproduce, but for a man being a bottom feeder who's not judged as "fit enough" is the reality. Notice how the women in the classroom giggle as he says "well, we don't care about the men who don't because they are considered failures from the society". This means, women are the gatekeepers of creation of life.
And one of the things that bothered me is, well besides the hard to swallow truth (mostly for new people here), that Peterson's critics (from another thread and another video but the same idea) bring up as an example how conquerors who attacked villages and towns raped women (like for example, Genghis Khan did), so "there, Peterson is wrong. Male can select who can procreate too". How fucking deluded are they? War and rape is shamed through and through, bringing up the fact that one can violently claim what he wants as a method to dismiss the normal method of selection is like saying that "marketing methods are wrong since all I can do to make you buy my product is threaten you with a gun until you buy it or die. Then I might as well kill you and put the candy in your pocket at the end". Just stupid.
Lessons learned: The idea red pill propagates, that the majority of men are deemed unfit, have it hard, women simply laugh it off because they really cannot understand how it feels to be a man, comes from the lips of a professor of Psychology. Not that you should need more credible sources to believe it, but just in case you do.
