I'm going to be brutally honest here. When you go to those lengths you are going into self-centered mode. This is when the subjective overwhelms your entire mind that you are unable to see objectively. And it's this reason why you have the choice not to do that shit and go do something productive.

And by productive I mean something that gives you peace. Instead of dwelling in the dark, go out for a walk in the park. Inner strength is built by repetition. For when you feel like shit, you must distract yourself and do something you enjoy.

The real freedom in MGTOW is, knowing that despite negative looming thoughts you have the ability to go and accomplish anything you want. It's not going to be easy but that's the reality of life. Which is why you must value objectivism. Because depression and suicide is heavily deep in the subjectivism and men don't do well on subjective thoughts.
