Work places are now becoming like colleges. Soon it will be 70% female on college campuses. Do you think the rest is really white males? And they just keep hammering this...privilege. Employers will have a 70% female work force just like college campuses. They won't even hire males (much less white ones) until this is achieved. There are open tech jobs out there that won't be filled until a woman applies for them. The good news is. Companies like google and yahoo will go out of business. No one will buy them because they come loaded with potential litigation from all this liberal political correctness. Invest in start up tech. Just not women owned start up tech.

Not exactly on topic, but still fitting. Here in Germany, more than 1.000 elementary schools are without administration. In our capital Berlin alone more then 30 elementary schools don't have a principal and even more schools are missing a co-principal.

Well, at least here in Germany you will find almost no male teachers anymore, they have become a rarity. The pool of potential female principals is enormous, alas; all those female teachers give a shit. They can't fnd not one amongst all those empowered female teachers who wants to apply for such a position.

But you can bet your ass that in case a lot of men would suddenly apply and, due to missing competition, subsequently get those positions as principals... feminists and media would make a fuzz, claim that the patriatchy keeps women out of responsible positions and demand a quota.

I am so sick and tired of all this double-think and selective perception.
