If we completely look at this from a evolutionary/selfish gene perspective and completely ignore the fact that as human beings we have free will and therefore are able to rise above our genetic programming, what she said makes complete sense. She says, "when a man sees a hot woman, he wants to pass on his genes. His natural instinct is to create as many mini-hims as possible" and women, "want security because we get pregnant, blah blah blah." By this evolutionary logic, if it is acceptable for women to seek wealthy/financially stable men because they are genetically wired to favor "security" then it should therefore be equally acceptable that men are allowed to "cheat" with as many women as possible as that is how they are "genetically wired". I am actually ok with that. After all we are all fundamentally just animals subject to the whims of the genetic programming written in our DNA right? Unfortunately, I don't think Anna or other such females would like that kind of arrangement. If they are unwilling to accept it, then their argument falls apart, as then it creates a double standard of how women should be allowed to follow their "genetic wiring" whereas males are not. On a side note, evolutionary reasoning cannot be used to justify behavior in sentient organisms with free will as we are capable of acting independently of our genetic programming. It may be used to explain behavior, but never justify it.
