I was asked if I knew anything a few weeks prior and I said I didn't.

The issue comes back up although the harassing employee ended up "transferring" before then.

This girl has phases where she clings to me constantly - always where ever I am, even showing up way before her shift. Suddenly she'll go very cold if she has a fling with someone else there, then she's right back to me. I've never told her to fuck off (because HR/rape/alienation), but I've always made it painfully obvious that I'm WORKING. She'll be standing next to me talking while I'm handling whatever.

Apparently I must've pissed her off because I keep my conversations with her very short and work-related. So in response, she just tossed my name into her bullshit.

"OP knew about it and didn't say or do anything. I feel like he was in on it. I thought he was my friend. I'm afraid." is probably what she said.

I need a new job anyway. I didn't spazz out and haven't told my boss but I saw that I was the only person scheduled to work my shift tomorrow and I am going to walk in and quit. I have all of the meeting on record.
