IQ 120: Very supervisor intelligence. 50% more men than women.
IQ 140: Genius. 170% more men than women.
Even near the middle of the been curve the ratios are quite noticeable.

I guess it depends on which IQ scale is used... A Wechsler or a Cattell or a Stanford-Binet are not the same, at all.

This table looks at two standard deviations below the mean and five standard deviations above the mean. I expect if you were to look five standard deviations below the mean, you would find a similar paucity of women.

The mean should be 100 but it shifts as generations get various levels of education. I'm not sure when the tests are recalibrated the last time.
As with all statistics, plenty of room to massage the data into whatever form one wishes.

OK men are on average smarter than women.
It doesn't matter if every woman had an IQ of 100 and every man had 125. With quotas, preferental hiring, women running HR, they will still get the good jobs.
I have never had an IQ test as part of a job application.
Once we do, then yes this will matter, until then I don't see it matters.

It is clear in their career choices as a group. Lower skill/effort jobs select for women. Then they cry patriarchy and wage gaps.

I get that and I'm not trying to pick a fight with my brother.
However, you could post that distribution for ability to grow facial hair or height, men vs. Women. What does that accomplish? How does that data help men?
