My brother keeps dating different girls and he keeps getting stressed out because of the process. Specifically, he's spinning multiple plates and doesn't know which one to commit to , and is constantly worried about whether or not they like him. Many use him for free drinks and emotional supper too.

I've explained to him in detail before how living a single life is so much more stress free, but he is incredibly stubborn and still wants a girlfriend.

In short, I'm frustrated that he is wasting his time on modern women, and doesn't realize that there is a stress free alternative of going his own way, but I am also relieved I'm not living his Blue Pill life.
