These are all true stories.

  1. I know a couple that got married a few years ago, they used to be a really fun couple to hang out with. But after a few years of dating they decided to get married and have kids, and that was when things began to change. Suddenly the woman became domineering and disrespect of her husband, she was only interested in the well being of the children. The husband remained the same fun loving guy he always was, but with one exception. There was now a look of defeat in his eyes. The man let his wife walk all over him, which I presume is the reason she had decided to marry him in the first place. Currently the relationship seems to be stable, but for one reason only; he is required to bend to her will. He is a family man and a good husband who has his kids best interest at heart, so he complies. He is currently living a life of quiet desperation, and although he doesn't come out and say it, he throws out hints to his friends every so often.

  2. I know a guy who started dating a girl in highschool, this was the first serious relationship they had both been in. This relationship continued to grow as they began university (dating for over three years). It wasn't long before his girlfriend had developed into a solid 10, easily one of the hottest women i've seen period. I'm assuming she knew this, because one day she decided that they needed to "take a break". She told her boyfriend that she needed time to explore life "alone" and maybe get back together with him in the future. The boyfriend looked her in the eyes and said, "If you leave me now, it's over. For good." This was a man who was committed to his physical health, his education and the woman he loved so dearly. It didn't matter. She left him in pursuit of greater things, exploiting her sexual market value to the maximum. Meanwhile the man powered through university, working hard every day of his life in pursuit of excellence. Fast forward a few years and this man is crushing it at life, and has become a successful entrepreneur. The woman then reappeared to try and get back together with him. Unfortunately for her, that youthful glow of hers was beginning to diminish, but I would say she was still a solid 8 at this point. She pleaded with him that she had her fun and was finally ready to settle down, but the man's principles were too strong. He told her that she made her decision long ago and that was it. I haven't seen her since.

  3. This is about a young woman (very average looking) who had trouble holding any kind of job, and because of her lack of ambition she always resorted to siphoning money from her family. This continued for a while until one day she finally managed to get a stable job thanks to one of her friends. For a couple weeks things started to go well, in fact, things were going too well. So what did she do? She decided to stop taking her birth control and seek out opportunities for one night stands. Needless to say she got pregnant pretty quickly. After this happened she quit her job and moved into her cousin's basement. She called the man up and told him the news. She said she was interested in being with him. The baffled man told her it was a one time thing and that he was already seeing another woman. But it didn’t matter cause she had every intention of keeping the baby, with or without him. So now this man is forced to provide financial support to her as per a court order.

  4. I’ll call this man the nice guy. A good friend of mine, who got together with a girl who was always looking for the “bad boy” type, but for some reason she settled on him instead. This man would do everything for his girlfriend, he would buy her anything she wanted (he had a good job) and he could never tell her no. The woman began to realize this and thought, surely this man had some limits to his kindness. So began a series shit tests. One after another, she bombarded him with questions/situations with the sole intent of doing him harm. Her objective was to make him so angry that he would finally push her away and tell her to fuck off. That was the only way she would respect him she thought. But it wasn’t working, he would always apologize for the mistakes she was responsible for and insist that things can be better. It was getting to the point where she wanted to break up with him because he was simply too nice. So in a last ditch effort she decided go on a vacation to south america all alone, in an attempt to fuck with him. During her vacation she was assaulted and robbed of all her belongings. She made it to a police station where she called her family, she was in tears trying to explain what had happened.

As soon as the boyfriend got word of this he was on the first flight out to save the day. He arrived with over a thousand dollars of stuff to replace her lost belongings, including a brand new digital camera. They spent the last week of her vacation together as the man tried to console her. Surely this would be the beginning of a new chapter in their growing relationship. Wrong. She broke up with him as soon as they returned home. The nice guy moved on, he is now with a nice girl and things seem better. The woman on the other hand is now living with an unemployed man who treats her like shit and prefers to drive around his motorbike in his spare time. They’re set to get married next year.
