I have an ideology and whenever I voice it to normies they hate me for it. It's a simple ideology, "there is no friendship , between a man and a woman". When we think of friendship , we think about brotherhood and loyalty , honor , "I got your back" sort of thing , help is not expected , but often given out of compassion. When women think about friendships they're "connections" and "resources" , obv they will deny it. So if they keep you around, but they are not making an effort to fuck you, You're a resource ,a backup plan or part of their emotional support network , a tool. Do not get friendzoned , it's a scam.

Yes, and being friends after breakup is shit. The problem: I was getting everything but couldn't control myself. Which is plane weakness. And what helped me - daily reminder about women fucking up another man over nothing

Look for substitutes , right now you have tunnel vision. You have to find ways to enjoy your own company. When dealing with women I suggest you apply this rule of thumb. Before you make any decision, jack off first ask questions later. Often your mind is controlled by hormone levels , this should help you think logically instead of emotionally.
