In other countries, the rule is "innocent unless proved otherwise". In allegations of rape, Indian laws presume the alleged man guilty unless proved otherwise. Armed together with dowry allegations, women destroy a man's career/family and drive him to suicide.

Man I feel bad for my indian/asian/other minority brothers. It's kinda like being incredibly short or ugly. Women just won't be attracted to you as much.
