Sorry for the repetive posts. Said it didnt post.

She had me arrested for "pushing her". I did nothing. Resulted in aggravated battery on a pregnant person because "someone had to go to jail". A felony with 10 years attached. After spending 30 days because I didnt have 100k for bond, charges got dropped.

The only person I know who allegedly defended against the 'crazy wife leaving with his kids' scenario did it by being a suppozedly violent person who would allegedly say things like 'if you divorce me, you will never see your son again...' ominously. Im sure thats not legal. But in this guys case, the wife is gonna stay til the kid turns 18, out of fear he will leave country with kid, THEN initiate divorce.

Shit is crazy. This is why almost all the Amber alert missing kids are one parent 'stealing' the kid from other parent.

How bad does it have to get before we are a broken society? Maybe if our birth rates are below replacement levels and then powerful people mass import 3rd worlders to 'replace us'. Is this happening now? I want to see how muslim men handle 'american divorce rape' they have NO CLUE this is a thing and they are gonna react the same way they would in middle east, honor kill?

nice! So did you write that rule returnable Order there yourself or do you have an attorney? Because you said you argued so I assumed you represented yourself and that Order looks good bro!

Also, did you submit a more specific order for the Judge to sign to make sure this shit is done for good? maybe have it dismissed with prejudice? Because you never know when some sleazy lawyer will refile something because an Order left things to be interpreted.
