She doesn't deserve it. I've worked in sales for nearly a decade. She got to learn from her coworkers? They "lifted her up"? I had to spend my salary buying sales books like Brian Tracy and stay awake at nights reading and writing notes before rushing off to work, as well as coming up with sales pitches in my handbook during my free time. She just got to breeze her way through life because all the "brothers" around her would pick up the pieces whenever she failed and fix it for her. She's not a salesperson. Generally I find that successful people have good attitudes towards work, yes you could use looks to worm your way around, or connections to bypass tests to get a job. But give an idiot 10 million bucks and he'll spend it all because he doesn't know how to EARN 10 million bucks.

If you have 100% of your employees get jobs from corruption then your company tanks under. There's a number of scum bags a company can support and useless deadbeats. But just common sense wins out in the long run.

I work with mostly women and they hate each other. In fact I was hired because the women in my position had a complete melt down over some work flow nonsense and the owner of the company decided they needed a few more dudes.
