I can attest to the realness of the slippery slope of porn, as I went far down that path. It went as you described: normal porn, lesbian porn, sissy/trap porn, identifying as a woman.

It took me a year or two into this to realize how much it was changing me. After that I decided to stop porn completely, as well as masturbation.

It took me 3 moths to be able to get an erection with a girl, and I tried a lot. I had to recondition myself to normal intimacy. Great post, along with the other one about nofap the other day. Porn hadn't been a major problem for me but had been into lesbians (and veering into trap occasionally...) mostly when I did watch.
