"Hate crime" gets tossed around a lot now. It is pretty hard to get charged with a hate crime and often it is only discussed by a court on whether the crime you have committed can be charged as a hate crime as well. It is a charge to go with or to define the crime committed. And the only way for a hate crime charge to be brought is if there was overwhelming evidence that a violent crime was committed against a person due to race, creed or nationality. It isn't an actual crime like this girl tries to pretend to claim, it just defines the violent crime and the degree to which the accused will be prosecuted with. Just like a murder trial decides whether the murder was premeditated, random, manslaughter to a degree or involuntary. And on the rare occasion that a court can find without a doubt evidence of violence based solely on a social group, the person is already going to jail for life or being put to death.

I have to disagree with her message. There is rape culture in the West. But it happens in prison and it is in the main culture to associate prison sentence with some rape. I guess that's why the term was first coined to describe this exact problem but fucking feminists had to appropriate it and change its meaning.
