First, some backstory (see my post history for more fun.) So I was married for six years. She cheated on me and lied to me about it for 15 months, while carrying it on behind my back. I found out because she thought she could be like Hillary Clinton and just delete everything from the iPhone I was paying for, and just like that, she could suck another dude off and kiss me on the mouth when she got home, with no evidence for me to find. I even found out that this pig had sex with me and this scared dipshit in the same night, though I take some small pride that he got sloppy seconds. I work in IT and know how to get deleted stuff off of the phone. She lied about it, slowly trickling out the truth, and then the flood gates opened. I fucked her like the liar whore she is for two days after I found out, because I knew it was coming to an end. She wanted to stay together initially, and she had an asthma attack a month later when I told her that I was moving out, and that she wasn't getting jack shit as far as alimony/child support/anything other than a small property settlement. She knew she was fucked.

Fast forward, I got 50/50 custody with no child support payments owed, because I found some things on that phone that she didn't want the world to see. She was so embarrassed... not of what she did, but that she got caught and left me with what amounts to a smoking gun for a court to see. So I get a condo that is down the street, I tell her I just want my life back. No more paying the mortgage on my own. No more being berated for having things that I enjoy that don't involve making her happy. No more bitching that I have to listen to about things that if she just let go, would not matter. Done. And I get to be a way better dad to my two kids, as I don't have a hovering cunt telling me what I can and cannot do anymore.

The summer of the first year comes, and she's dating some guy who lives halfway across CT. I applaud this guy, as he was definitely an MGTOW, and he used the shit out of my ex wife. She told me all about "Allen" and that "we are probably going to get married." However, this dude just fucked her over and over again. Mind you, I have a girlfriend through this, and my ex thought that I was going to marry her... WRONG. Anyway, the summer ends, and she decides to tell me out of the blue "I know how you feel now," because this Allen character was fucking around on her. I was amazed that she even thought that her summer fling, that ended with rejecting her for being the stupid piece of shit that she is, was anywhere near the disrespect that she gave the father OF HER TWO CHILDREN. Yea, "she knows how I feel now," I think might've been a small desperate attempt for her to rekindle our relationship or something. Fuck outta here.

Anyway, last October she met this poor sucker, Jim, who has already been divorced once. From what I can gather, the circumstances are that he was recently divorced also. He meets my ex, who is pretty hot, and I'm thinking he jumped into marriage number two because A) he's almost 40, and probably feels like a loser for getting divorced, as most of these blue pill swallowers feel... so this young pretty thing he found would be perfect to help his self-esteem. B) he's being lied to, as my ex wife was mad at me the other day and literally texted me "see this right here is why I left you," which I replied, "no bitch, I found pictures of you having an affair that you stupidly left on your phone for me to find, and I left YOU." She was trying to get me to go to marriage counseling and all that stupid expensive horse shit. So he has no idea, the "i left my last husband story" made him think that he hit the jackpot. C) he was a heartbroken little cuck and he jumped right back into the fantasy. D) he got my ex wife pregnant "on accident" (i'm pretty sure she set this dude up, as she was always on the pill.) She's due July 5th and met the tool in October. For fucks sake, this kid might not even be his, as she was fucking a lot of different dudes.

In any event, I'm wondering how long it is going to take for this dude to realize what a deceptive, manipulative, lying piece of shit he married. He has NO IDEA. He doesn't know about the conversations that I had, asking her to come clean so that we could have a good marriage, her spouting bullshit the entire time, and then hyperventilating upon the realization that I'm fucking done. She crossed the fucking line. He's going to get railroaded after this shotgun baby is born. And he doesn't know that he's a laughing stock to A LOT of people. I made the mistake of putting her on blast on facebook (I didn't show the pictures, just told my 1500 "friends" that I had caught her cheating.) He's eventually going to find out what a liar he married.

I've been secretly preparing for when their marriage ends, as I know that under the circumstances, it's basically fucking inevitable. I'm going to get full custody of my kids. I just want to focus on them, that's IT. MGTOW for life. I'm never, under any circumstances, ever getting married again. Devoting yourself to a woman does nothing for you. They just slowly take everything away from you. I'm the rare, probably .0001 percent who got out of a marriage without having to owe half of my income to a cheating whore ex wife. My question is, how long? How long before this new husband realizes what a raw deal he's gotten? If I can prove that she is unstable, jumping from man to man, getting pregnant... I think I can win a case, especially if I'm prepared. I'm going to have to bring it up to /r/legaladvice.

tl;dr - My cheating whore ex wife married a tool, and when he realizes that he is a tool, I'm hoping to get full custody.
